The company's activity in the field of social responsibility
Ethydco contributed to manufacturing 250 wooden chairs for the students to sit
( Desk ) which were manufactured by students at the technical school of Ali
Ibn Abi Taleb Industrial Technical school and redistributed them to
surrounding schools in order to support general and technical education and to
encourage small industries.
Ethydco contributed to improving the infrastructure of a number of surrounding
villages by providing clean drinking water under the sponsorship of the
Ministry of Petroleum and the Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company ( Echem
)
Ethydco contributed to supporting the orphans' workshop in El – Amreya to
let widows work because of having faith in the woman's role in society
and contributing to lift even a little of the burden on the female
breadwinner.
Ethydco contributed to the "Lower bill for a better life" campaign
by replacing ordinary electricity – consuming LED bulbs with energy – saving
bulbs and ensured following the correct rules of electricity rationalization
in El – Amreya.
Ethydco contributed in favor of the Geographical committee in Alexandria in
developing fire equipment.
Ethydco contributed purchasing of 2 suction cars to equip the relief center of the Geographical committee of Alexandria.
Ethydco contributed to furnishing (35) housing units in the social housing project in Alexandria ( Bashayer El – Kheir ).
