Total Quality Management System

ETHYDCO Total Quality Management System (TQMS) wide efforts to install and make permanent climate in which our organization continuously improves its ability to deliver high-quality products and services to customers is a comprehensive system approach that works horizontally across our organization, involving all departments and employees and extending backward and forward to include both suppliers and clients/customers.
Total quality management (TQM) is used to raise awareness about the quality of products. TQM is broken down into the following acronym:

  • T - Total = Involvement of everyone at the company.
  • Q - Quality = The standard in which you define product perfection and meeting both the customer and the company expectations
  • M - Management = The system of managing the different steps of the business management strategy.

ETHYDCO Total Quality Management System (TQMS) defines the principles by which we conduct our operations with regards to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability and Social responsibility.

Management communicates the TQM philosophy to all employees, customers, contractors, third parties associated with our business, and each part of the organization must provide positive evidence of conformance to the system.

The TQM System model comprises eight interrelated components:

  • Commitment and leadership and accountability.
  • Policies and objectives.
  • Organization and resources.
  • Contractor and supplier management.
  • Risk management.
  • Business processes.
  • Performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Audits and reviews.
