On the sidelines of the Egypt Petroleum Show (EGYPES) 2025 conference and exhibition, several key events took place:
Honoring ETHYDCO Trainees:The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Engineer Karim Badawi, honored three individuals from ETHYDCO "Engineer Mohamed Morsi Bassyouni, Engineer Islam El-Sayed Mohamed Ismail, and Engineer Sherif Ezz El-Din Zaqzouq" for their completion of the Young and Mid-Level Leadership Development Program. This six-month program, conducted by BP in Egypt and England, focused on leadership skills, project management, and included a specialized course at the University of Manchester. ETHYDCO's Chairman, Chemist Hisham Riyad, congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to apply their new skills to help achieve the company’s goals.
Contracts Renewal: Chemist Hisham Riyad also signed the renewal of eight contracts with ETHYDCO’s exclusive clients and distributors, both within and outside Egypt. He emphasized the importance of these clients in the company’s success and reiterated ETHYDCO’s commitment to meeting their needs and providing high-quality products.
A Lecture on Recycling for 3D Printing and Automotive Applications: ETHYDCO contributed to the conference with a technical lecture by Chemist Abdel Rahman Abu Khatib, titled "Reducing the Environmental Impact of Petrochemical Materials." The lecture explored the use of recycled polyethylene and solid waste to create materials suitable for 3D printing and automotive applications, highlighting efforts to reduce environmental impact in the petrochemical industry.
