The Egyptian Ethylene and Derivatives Company (Ethydco) honored its outstanding employees who graduated from the ambitious Middle Management development Program initiated by the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.
The company's chairman congratulated the honorees, encouraging them to utilize the knowledge and expertise gained from the program and to apply these insights in their roles within the company to ensure a brighter future for Ethydco and the petroleum sector.
The honorees, who participated in a training program with BP Global, were Eng. Sherif Ezz El-Din Zaqzouq, Eng. Islam El-Sayed Mohamed Ismail, and Eng. Mohamed Morsi Ali Basyouni. The program covered leadership skills, project management, and a specialized course at the University of Manchester.
Eng. Mahmoud Mohamed Awad, who participated in a training program hosted by Huawei Global in China focusing on digital transformation.
Eng. Mohamed Ahmed Fawzy Abdel Mohsen, who participated in a training program organized by Baker Hughes Global in Florence, Italy. The program provided specialized courses to enhance expertise in project management and hydrogen applications.
It is worth noting that 34 ETHYCO employees have previously participated in the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ Middle Management development Program. This initiative reflects the ministry's efforts to invest in human resources by developing the scientific and practical skills of young petroleum professionals and capitalizing on strategic partnerships with global industry leaders.
