legislation requires the registration of all chemical substances, whether used
independently, in preparations, or in articles, and mandates the transparent
sharing of information throughout the entire value chain.
As a non-EU company, ETHYDCO ensures compliance with REACH
by partnering with a third-party EU representative. This "Only
Representative" will handle the registration process on our behalf,
adhering to the strict timelines established by the European Union, reinforcing
our commitment to safety and regulatory excellence.
