Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company discusses new projects estimated of 1.2 Billion USD with a Libyan delegation - Ethydco offers areas of cooperation
The Chairman of Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company, Chemist.Saad Hilal, discuss the growth process occurred in the Petrochemical Industries in Egypt during his meeting with the visiting Libyan delegation to Ethydco premises.
Moreover, most important new projects presented by Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company Chairman, including the new Sidpec project for Productions of Propylene and Polypropylene, estimated of 1.2 billion USD, and the new upcoming Ethydco project for the production of PBR rubber with a total investment of 100 million USD planned to be executed in 24 months.
Ethydco also offered cooperation areas with the Libyan delegation regarding company`s manpower personnel expertise in the field of pre-operation projects or in the areas of technical support for the operation of the production of Ethylene, Polyethylene and Butadiene.
Echem Chairman pointed out the promising cooperation opportunities by Ethydco, Sidpec and Egyptian petrochemicals products, as well as the promising opportunities offered by the Methanol Complex located in Suez, also MOPCO â€oeMisr Oil Processing and Fertilizers Co.†located in Damietta and the latest Petrochemical Projects to be located in El Alamein town in the northern Matrouh Governorate.
